Dharmin Shah was born on the 7th of October to Shrimati Nirmalaben & Shri Pradyumn Shah; married to Minal his lifetime support and the couple is blessed with twins – Harshil & Hetvi, both doing their graduation. A Commerce graduate from South Gujarat University, who is undoubtedly a businessman taking care of his family business of Distributorship of Godrej Cattle Feed, his interest in investments through Perfect Securities his own stock trading firm and his passion to make people roam around through Axplore Holidays a complete tourist solution. He was a member of the Rotaract Club of Bulsar CRT for more than a decade taking responsibilities as a Club President, ZRR, District Secretary and a DRR in 2001-02. He has been part of Multi-District Events for District 3060 by hosting Rotaract Event “DRR Elect Training Seminar” in April 2002 and Chairman for “ROTASIA” in December 2004. He joined the Rotary Club of Bulsar (now Valsad) in 2002-03 and was the Club President in the Golden Jubilee year of the club.

He has a number of Awards & Recognitions under his belt for Rotaract & Rotary in this journey so far. His leadership qualities led him to win By-polls for Valsad Municipality as a Corporator initially for 10 months and later for 2 terms “2008 to 2012” & “2013 to 2018” in which he was appointed as Standing Committee Chairman in 4 different years. He is a member of Kasturba Hospital management, a permanent Trustee at Sarvajanik Kelavani Mandal and a governing council member at Nootan Kelavani Mandal College at Valsad. Looking at his activities and his busy schedule, he always stood behind the scenes supporting the Rotaract & Rotary movement in District 3060. He had no choice but to ignore his old friends from the College of Past DRRs to shoulder the responsibility of District Rotaract Committee Chair for RIY 2022-23.
